Landslip Remediation with Decking Repairs/ Replacement

We've had two small slips on the back of our plot, which require remediation, along with repair and replacement of retaining walls and decking. Works would include: - Removal of material thats slipped (access is difficult, and expected to be manual) - Installation of further drainage - Surface stabilisation, inc soil nails or alternative solution - Removal and replacement of second story decked stairs, with repair of platform - Repair or replacement of damaged decking - Repair or replacement of retaining walls The land is still at risk of further slipping, so we are keen to remediate sooner rather than later. Depending on costs, we may need to split into projects (eg land, then decks etc), and also open to separate tradesman for land and decking respectively. Located in Aro Valley.
