Laying a patio of pavers

I need to lay 27 m^2 of pavers in my back garden. I have done a lot of work already leveling and compacting the ground, and I've already purchased enough pavers to cover the whole area, sand to go under the pavers, and rocks to go between them. I need to get the job done before 1 May, so anytime this coming weekend or next week is when I need to finish the job. My partner and I are happy to help with the job, we just don't know what needs to be done to allow drainage and how to lay the pavers as evenly as possible.
