I have a 10m long fence which has seen better days - I think it will need replaced rather than fixed. Under the fence, we probably need a retaining wall (roughly ~1.5m high. It doesn't need to hold back much (there is a dirt bank which seems reasonably stable) but I think it is probably needed to provide a strong base for the fence. Site visit recommended.
