Extend existing retaining wall

During a storm some land slipped and we would like to extend the existing retaining wall to prevent it happening again. The structure visible in the image is supported by a beam going between the house and concrete on the other end so it should not be affected by this. EQC have provided funds for this and recommend a 3m retaining wall at 1.5m high. The area which has slipped is the right hand side in the photo. The job will also involve removing the existing soil which slipped from the site.
