Landscaping plan & work in Lyall Bay

We have rebuilt our house on a large flat section in Lyall Bay and are looking for landscaping work in Sept/Oct this year. May include installing a fence, lawn, paths around house, patio, and boxed beds around perimeter for native trees. Not all work needs to be completed during this timeframe, but there will be an opportunity when the current fence needs to be demolished late Aug/early Sept to truck in materials. We have a rough idea of what we want, reasonably simple, but no specifics tied down and keen on advice.
