Metal loop for bikes to be locked to on concrete retaining wall

Job description

Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)
Wellington

I'd like a way to lock my bike to a concrete retaining wall. The section has no garage or flat land. The first retaining wall is the lowest part of the property and closest to the street. To save me having to carry my bike up behind the house, I'd like a metal bracket/loop/something that is securely fastened to the retaining wall which I can lock my bike to for short durations (i.e. probably it wouldn't be safe overnight). I'd tried to mock up an example of what it might look like in Photoshop, but I'm very open to suggestions. Ideally I'd like another one of these installed behind my home too, and potentially a perspex lean to roof built also.
