Job description
I have a smallish outside area that I would like levelled and partly paved, to which I can add features such as box hedging. The area is off two sets of French doors, and gets very good sun. It's mostly level, but has a small humped area. The house is a bungalow, so paving needs to be in keeping with the age of the house.

I am thrilled with Rob's transformation of my garden. It has gone from an uneven, uninspiring patch to a smart grassed area with strategically-placed pavers and bricks. Rob has an excellent design sense, is a hard and fast worker, and pays attention to detail. He was enthusiastic, and communicated well, consulting and suggesting. The cost was more than the original quote, but only because the job expanded. At one stage Rob lost his cellphone and was harder to contact, but only for a short time. Disappointingly, although Rob said he would return to check his work (two faults need to be remedied), his repeated promises to do so have amounted to nothing – at the time of writing nearly four months after the job end.
