Building of new retaining wall in front of old stone retaining wall

We require a new wooden retaining wall placed infront of the old stone/concrete retaining wall. The job is approximately 14-16m wide and would be at a consistent height of 1.5m high with a small gradual decline of the wall on one side. The current wall is not faltering but the new wall would be built in front of this and then compacting behind the wall will be required. Very little materials will be required to be taken away from site. Some new wooden steps would be included as the old concrete ones are slightly deteriorating.
