Large scale residential concrete work and landscaping prohect

Hi We are looking at developing out back garden area and repairing some broken concrete work around our 1960s house in khandallah. We have a fairly large lawn in poor condition, a set of concrete and stone stairs in poorer condition, and a vege garden planter area in which someo e in the past thought many tiny stones was an effective weed deterrent. It was not. Essentially we are looking for people who can help us plan and cost to develop this area for a nicer more user friendly lawn, more manageable and multi purpose planter area, and nice concrete paths. We are still jn the planning and costing stage so the work would not start before end of 2022.
