Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)

I need to repair my landslip and not sure if it's a job for a builder or if I need an engineer. I do have an engineer's report (from EQC claim) but it has the 'top level' fix and I'd like to do the bare minimum - just to make sure it is safe and doesn't get any worse. I've attached the photos from the engineer's report.
