Retaining wall replacement.

I'm looking for quotes and advice on replacing a retaining wall on the boundary of my property. It's made from old sleepers that are rotting away and on a pretty good lean, so isn't really retaining much anymore. It's less than 1.5m high but it does sit within 2 meters of the neighbours house, so I'm not sure it it needs to be load-bearing and involve engineering.
