Need property tidied up ahead of putting on the market in February. Looking for someone to weed gardens, significant trimming of hedges & trees, removal of some scrubs, mowing/weed eating lawns, laying mulch/stones and providing advice regarding cost effective options to improve appeal of property. Will be on-site at property on Saturday 16 January for any contractors that want to view work required in order to provide a quote/estimate. Property currently vacant.
