Backyard soft landscaping

We have attached the concept of the landscaping required. We will complete some of the tasks ourselves but require the following to be completed by a competent tradesperson: 1. Strip existing lawn of roughly 80sqm 2. Create garden bed edging of roughly 600 wide and get it ready for planting 3. Lay artificial lawn roughly 25sqm including adequate ground preparation as per lawn specifications 4. Lay roughly 30 square porcelain pavers on mortar base 5. Lay weed mat where stones will be laid roughly 30sqm 6. Assembly of 1.5m x 700 garden shed on concrete slab base. Slab base to be poured as well. 7. Ground to be compacted and levelled as required Tradesperson will require their own tools. Materials at this stage will be provided be me, however if specialist tools/machinery are required and able to be sourced by tradesperson, that would be preferable. Note concept drawings attached are not to scale. We are looking to start the job as soon as possible, and ideally finished by Christmas.
