Fencing, landscaping, planter boxes for rear of section

We are interested in landscaping an unused area at the rear of our section. The area is roughly 12m x 4m and is currently not maintained. We would like to fence (1.2m high, about 16m long) off the area, create raised garden beds, retain the existing terrace (about 13m long) and build steps. Attached is a rough idea of what we have in mind.
