Back yard - New retaining walls, fence, terraces, walkway, lawn and gate.

This job is for 1) Wooden gate to the back of our house 2) Wooden terraces (7.4 m): It needs to be finished with decking. 3) Wooden boardwalk: circa 12 metres of the boardwalk to extend from the bottom of terraces to existing deck. 4) Retaining wall and Fence: 12 metre (length). Retaining (1.5m) and Fence (1.8m). The current old retaining wall needs to be removed. The tree will be removed. 5) Retaining wall: 1 metre away from the retaining wall/fence to reduce pressure to the retaining wall (4) 6) topsoil hydroseeding: You need to remove earth to make the middle section to be flat and apply some lawn. Easy access to the site. We saved money for this project and know how much it would cost us (done some studies). So no time wasters. Once we agree on terms, you can start this project asap.
