Small-scale earthworks in Karori

We have a sloping front section, and we'd like to excavate part of it to create a flat area to put a trampoline on. (We would also need to build a small retaining wall for this but plan to do this part of the job ourselves.) At the same time, we'd like to reduce the gradient on one particularly steep part of the section to make it safer for kids. We think that the earth could be moved to the other side of the lawn and used to flatten the gradient slightly, and fill in a couple of uneven parts.
