build 2 retaining walls

Hi there， My garage has a flooding problem when raining because the soil outside of my garage is too high and too close to the wall. I need someone to remove the soil and build 2 retaining walls beside the back and one side of my garage. If possible，I may also need a field tile drain beween garage walls and retaining walls to let the rain run away. Could you give a quote for the job? Many thanks.
