Retaining wall, piles, ballast and door.

Hi, I am looking for quotes to implement a retaining wall under a house and replace three piles. I could not attach the plans, so I will have to send them to you The space has already been dug out and very accessible. You current walk under the house. The posts holes is the only thing to go. Note any remaining dirt can be dumped on the property not far from retaining wall so doesn’t need to be removed offsite. I am happy to meet onsite to go over the plans. A PS3 is required after the job is complete. There will also be an engineer inspection and Council inspection. Note I already have a plumber who will work with the successful candidate to implement the drain around the wall. If you do have plumbing services please let me know. As part of the job there is also a small ballast, some whether boards a door small door to be built to get under the house. Kind Regards, Philip
