I paid frank upfront $350 to buy the weedkiller but this was never used. He did a good job of clearing the ivy under the house but never took rubbish away nor finished clearing then applying the weedkiller and the work he did nowhere near covered the money i paid him upfront. The last 3 times he promised to come back he never did and each time i had to contact him, my last communication with him had no rsponse. I think he knows his stuff around gardening but hes very unreliable and i will be reluctant to pay anyone any money upfront again. Ill edit this review if frank makes good.

"Wouldnt say was a bad experience persay but was having problems with the site and the access especially with finding neighbour at home to move vehicle to allow either a bin or trailer to be placed close to the job Both myself and my workers have been to the site on numerous occasions and while the area can be cut we couldn't remove the rubbish (which incidentally is going to be at least a Skip load ) There was also other issues like timing due to the owner having dogs and were also otherfactors like weather I havent bought the spray yet so the figure of $208.88 which hasnt been allocated I can finish it as agreed but currently have to rely on using a vehicle and trailer as my truck has been off the road since June UPDATE Bet you thought I had forgotten my obligation to refund you deposit didnt you I havent Basically shortly after agreeing to complete the task I had some serious bad luck my landlord sold the property I was renting and not only needed to suspend my busiiness operations and find a full time job to meet my obligations but shortly after trying to resume wotk slipped down a bank severly dislocatting my shoulder putting me on ACC for six months meaning I had to cease all this type of work However now Im trying to get back into it and when I can will drop off the $208.88."
