Treehouse or platform building

We would like a platform and a ladder put in a tree in our backyard. Perhaps a trapdoor. Nothing fancy just fun for a 5 year old. Attached are photos of the tree and of a treehouse construction which provides an idea of what might be doable. Though our tree is smaller so might not be. Ideally this would be done before our child's birthday on 10 december but 2 january if not. We appreciate that this might be a reasonably expensive project.
