landscaping and possible retaining wall build/repair?

We have a steep block, and a few things we think need attention. At this point we are looking for advice and quotes. The house is on 3 levels built into a steep hill. There's access along the back of the house - about half a metre clearance between the house and an earth wall. The block falls away steeply to one side - and there is another earth wall sloping down to the neighboring property. 1. we want to tidy up along the back of the house, and probably remove / trim some overhanging trees. 2. there are some outdoor access steps and some light terracing between the 2nd and 3rd levels of the house - this area needs attention. steps are a bit wobbly - and that is where it falls away to next door. 3. we think the area between the two properties needs attention. Looking for advice on best options. 4. there are some rough steps cut into the earth up behind the teraced area - that go further up the hill. We'd like them made a little more robust, and potentially want a small area up there cleared and flattened a little. 5. there are trees along the side of the house and in that back corner that will need trimming.
