New house landscaping

Hi - New home due for completion over coming months. Keen to get on-site view of suggestions/options for reasonable basic landscaping (we already have a few ideas) and then maybe indicative cost. Need some paving done up to the front door (not needed for driveway), as well as side/back yard (grass and plants/trees). Also likely need a rear sump put in and some fencing done although landscaping is the priority. Many thanks, Oliver
