Paving and landscaping

Job description

Landscape Design
Wellington

We want to put in a paved courtyard off our kitchen bi-folds that is currently grass. Along with matching paving as steps coming down from our front gate. We’ve already put in a few retaining walls earlier in the year, but now want to finish the job off. This will require some more retaining either side of the new steps. Here is some more detail. 1. Some pavers from front gate down to front door (in white smooth finish. Replace all current concrete paths with new paving. 2. New pavers on front door steps. 3. Retaining wall down right side of stairs (as come down steps) near flat grass area. 4. Flat grass area (currently weeds) levelled flat as a slight gradient. 5. Build an L box seat along black retaining fence around flat grass area (where blue seating is in pic). We can paint black like the rest. 6. New paving to replace current rough paving that is in front of our house and along to side gate shown below. 7. 1.8m night fence and gate down side of house to separate front and back garden. 8. Replace current grass area in front of bifolds up to side black fence and new fence and get that separates front and back gardens, with white pavers/concrete to match finish of new steps. This area currently slopes down towards the house so want it level. This means we may have needs a couple of steps off the bifolds and also onto area of concrete by front door as this may be lower, and down side to new side gate leading to back garden.
