We are looking for someone to come in two hours fortnightly to manage our small 130sqm 'grounds'. You will need to be a good gardener, able to get on with the job with out much input, and progress heaps in the time. We have never really put thought into our garden, so this could be an opportunity for you to be quite creative too. Currently it consists of a weed infested lawn, floundering knee high feijoa trees, a great grape vine, a sickly nectarine, and enough ugly rosemary plants to supply the nation. We have budgeted for this - so to save unnecessary time for both of us, please disclose your hourly rate with your expression of interest. Also, if you have your own equipment - e.g. lawnmower (etc). Finally, if you would be skilled and interested in other small grounds maintenance jobs if time were available. Note: Initially additional hours may be required to get the gardens out of the state they are currently in! Please help! :)
