decking and retaining wall

I have a back section with the dimension, 20M X7M. I have attached a picture of what I want to do. 1. Retainig wall (See pdf file). One is 20M long, the other is 14.5M. 2. The lawn on the section is waterlogged most of the time. So, I need drainage pipe to drain the water out. You will see it in the file where I want it done. 3. I want a shed put at the back, I need a concrete base of around 5mx2m 4. I need a deck, kwila, 14.5 by 3.5m 5. Sump at 4 places. You would need a. a bob cat with auger attachment as the you will hit rock at 12cm down the soil for the 20M long retaining wall. b. for the 14.5M retaining wall, you will need to remove some concrete slaps that as it is currently a step garden. No bob cat required.
