Geotech engineer review required for 2 x banks/?retaining wall required

Two areas of concern. 1. South boundary clay bank/wall over 1.5m which has next door's driveway above it. Crack in clay and ?batter not correct. We're happy to put in a retaining wall and/or adjust the batter but are not sure if this is necessary/of approximate cost. 2. The other area of concern is the north elevation and the significant drop down to the next door neighbour. Unclear if this is retained appropriately. The property is currently vacant and we've been advised it is free anytime for inspection.
