Landscaped front steps

I’ve attached a picture of our current situation (two steps and a ramp up to the house from the driveway) and a picture of what I’m hoping to achieve (or as close to) in its place – getting rid of or covering the ramp and wall and replacing with the steps and garden planter boxes as pictured. The decking and timber fencing will be removed by then. We don’t want to take up any more of the driveway than the current footprint. We want to achieve the lighter almost off-white colouring of the concrete in the goal image rather than a standard dark grey concrete colour. Depending on price, we’d also like to add a fence / edging to the driveway with some planters on top to the other side of the driveway and relay the driveway too as it’s quite cracked but that can be discussed later in the process. I understand you can’t likely give me an accurate quote for achieving something similar to the image attached but if you could please provide a ballpark estimate? Thanks in advance and warmest regards
