Jason was easy to deal with and always looked for opportunities to upsell. I do think he needs to work on costing projects properly.

"From the outset Emily requested a project that was against the Building Code given the lay of the land.
It is with sadness that our proposed changes to construct to the code were viewed as "upselling" .
It is also sad to see that although there were extended family members in her household who could see the practical and safety sides to necessary changes however that did not alter Emily from dominatinting the decision making."
