Retaining a sloped Brooklyn property.

Hi. We are on a sloping section in Brooklyn. It is covered in trees and undergrowth which we would like to cut back and tidy up but want to design and build retaining walls to ensure the ground remains secure. We are looking for a contractor with experience working with sloping sections in wellington to design a solution acceptable to the Wellington council's consent process. Many thanks.
