Create new lawn from existing garden; garden already been pulled out, but a large amount of tilling to be done plus 1 stump needs to be grinded) and prep for new lawn. preferably seed not ready lawn. 2 areas to be done, 1 approx 30sqm the other area about 20sqm. area 3 just needs to be levelled out for garden edge Would like it all done asap to allow for grass seed to grow before its too cold.
