Retaining Wall and Fence + Deck steps

We have a garden that slopes down into the reserve, we want a retaining wall built with a fence on top of it so that the bedrooms are no longer seen from the reserve. Retaining wall and deck would be around 8000 long with a combined height of around --- . The other side either requires the same or just a fence, happy to be advised. Garden needs to be leveled and additional steps added to deck to allow for easy step down too reserve in between the fenced areas.
