Poor preparation meant Remedial work was needed : Pavers not level or centred, framework not level or right angled, scoria loose and slippery, weeds grew through the new path after one week. Material between pavers also washed away in first downpour. Los Incas agreed to come and fix. He straightened one corner of framework, and replaced material between pavers. The other points need addressing and he is not replying to our messages. Job is incomplete and substandard.

Tradesperson reply
"The scope on this job continued to change, resulting in time consuming re-design, costing, reverse-engineering and re-dos. It started as a simple path, to nearly double in size and complexity. We only charged for the additional materials, not labour. Client also failed to mention that under the area of the washing line frame, used to be a huge tree with extensive root system. This complicated the work & increased the labour. Again no add cost to client. It was impossible to please client."
