Bamboo removal

Hi there, I need to get rid of a whole heap of bamboo roots. We've chopped down most of the bamboo, but have left a little bit of the stalk so we can see where the roots are. Ultimately, we want to get rid of the bamboo, dispose of the soil and level the ground, so that we can put a shed up. I have no idea how much a job like this will cost or how easy it will be, as access to the site may be a little difficult, depending on whether you bring a mini excavator or if you do it by hand. I know we're in Alert Level 3 at the moment, so an onsite visit may have to wait for a week or so, but I don't mind, as visiting the site is encouraged and I welcome any quotes. Thank you, Toreka
