General Landscaping and tidy up - pre sale for 2x properties

Hi there, Looking for someone who is able to work independently. I will always be available via phone, and someone will check in every now and then during the day. We have 2 properties that are in need of general care/landscaping prior to sale. The details are listed below: Oratia Driveway - Very rough and bumpy. Filled with potholes. Need someone to collect gravel/fill and get that driveway feeling more pleasant to drive. General Parking - Needs a good blow to clear all the debris. Lawn - Mow / Weedeat Debris- Clear away branches / loose debris lying around. Make it look as tidy as possible. Henderson Valley Lawns - Mowed and edges done Drive - Blown and cleared Rubbish - A skip will be ordered in there are some large rubbish piles that need to be thrown in here. If its full, call me, I will get that swapped. (This is optional) Gardens - Spray the paths between garden beds. Get in bark and lay fresh in garden area + perhaps under house. Gardens - Clear bed by downstairs deck area and replant with fresh plants. Gutters - Clear gutters, get them looking clean. Clearlight - On the top deck there is some clearlight with a lot of lichen on it. Would be great to have this cleaned. And I think that covers everything. (Only have limited photos unfortunately, can get more sent through if interested. Just need to get a family member out there to snap some pics.
