Job description
I am looking for someone who can trim a lot of overgrown trees, (to council regulations) mulch the offcuts, lay a timber garden edge (not 1/2 rounds) (maybe macrocarpa or similar) and use to fill under the trees with some top soil filling. Approx length at 38m forming are under trees of about 52m² to mulch. A corrugated iron fence requires removal and tipping, and a replacement timber fence to be built for staining at 1.8m high x about 17m long. Working in with neighbour requirements also necessary here. Existing longrun metal fence to be cleaned for painting approx 17m long x .9m high. another longrun metal fence to be over laid with 1.2 high or so timber palings. Existing paving to be pulled up and relaid in different configurations at approx 23m². All prep work to be included. The ground needs to be broken up as it's been a tenants carpark for years and is hard as rock, then topsoil added and grass sown at approx 90m². Looking for very tidy looking yard at finish with quick turn around. Thanks

The property now looks pretty much as I had envisaged. Jay was able to suggest good constructions ideas to keep my costs down. We had a schedule overrun, but no cost overruns, so the only downside is that I have to wait longer for my grass to grow, closer to my sale date. Jay and his team were pleasant to deal with and helpful. The on site language between them is more colourful than necessary but still a great team of guys. Thanks very much Jay. I will definitely consider them for future jobs.
