Garage and area renovation

Hey all we are going to remortage so we can renovate our large 13m x 5m garage into a useable space for the teens. However behind the garage is a large amount of green waste that needs to be excavated so we can concrete also the side if the garage about 1.5m x 13 needs to be dug down for a concrete pathway and the a retaining wall will be built. As well as this the back garden area needs to be levelled so everything ties in together. May need to work with an earth mover. Putting together quotes for the bank at this stage. Thanks all
