Ground work for playhouse

To be organized ASAP. Job involves clearing an old vegetable garden (basically moving dirt or possibly removing from site) no more than a metre or two cubed worth. Constructing a timber boarder frame size to be confirmed but between 2.7 x 2.7m to 2.7 x 5m, and no more than 100mm above ground level, to place a playhouse on. Under boarder would need weed matting and then filled with a suitable product like pea metal or small stones.
