Need to remove a concrete pad, Dig down 1 m. Retain this area install a 150mm Concrete pad complete with Drainage. Area to dig out is 6x3 @1m deep . Access is a problem, Would prefer not to wreck the new lawn but if it is the only way then so be it We can remove all rubbish via the neighbor's section.
