We have an existing lawn in reasonably good condition but new lawn that has not grown. The new lawn is on hard clay soil that is often wet and shaded. Wanting to see options to be able to grow grass here and have new lawn prepared The size of the problem area is approx 30 sqm and the total lawn size is 60sqm
