Garden border to be placed around fence

Need someone to supply, peg and place approx 4m of wooden garden border to existing garden and fence to match what is there. Garden one side of fence, grass on the other. There is one piece missing on the grass side which was removed when the fence was installed. Want the boarder installed so that grass doesn't grow under the fence. Property is a rental so permission from property manager and tenant needs to be gained before accessing the site. If you do painting too we are also looking to get the fence painted which is approx 11m including 2 gates and would need to be hand painted as close to plants and house. Resene lumbersider provided, both sides require a double coat.
