6m boxed garden

We have a six metre area we would like a boxed narrow (raised) garden built against a fence. It will be aprox. 6 m in length, 70cm high and 30 cm deep. See attached photos of area concerned. We would like it to be sturdy (people may sit on it!) and look something like the boxed garden photo attached, however, we will stain it ourselves to match the fence. It will be partly built over exposed agg so will need something to 'seal' below the fence to stop the dirt flowing under to the neighbours. See the gap in the images attached. Flexible on timing.
