Driveway Edging

Our driveway (about 200m long) was repaired. Now one side between the driveway and the fence to the paddock looks untidy. It's about 1m wide on average. Our plan is to even up the soil (we have plenty of dirt for it), lay out the weed mat (have it too) and plant about 200 tussocs along. We can do the planting ourselves, but the earthworks we need help with.
