Landscaping

Have moved into a new build and, except for some decking and concrete in the drive area, I need landscaping right round. It is only a 550 sqm section and the house is small and centered in the middle of the section. The soil is mostly clay and I want a lot of planting (plants will need to be purchased/supplied) so I need the ground sorted and more soil brought in probably. Only want a small amount of grass and would like pavers laid. I have a plan in mind but would need professional advice as to if that plan will work with planting and design. Require estimate on costing and more importantly, timeframe of work, and when this can be started.
