Retaining Wall

We are wanting to tidy up a piece of garden that is currently stepped. It has a row of bricks and a row of blocks to edge the "steps" both of which will have to be removed. We need a retaining wall built, about 7 metres long and 1/2 metre tall. Above that, we think we would like a trellis about 1/2 to 1 metre tall. Then we would like the soil built up to the level of the top of the concrete wall. The area to be filled is 7m x 2m x about 1/2m at its deepest.
