New Garden and Lawn Repair

We have a small section that needs some work. There are two parts to this job. 1. We would like a small easy maintenance garden put in against the front of the house, it doesn't need to be very wide (about 50cm should be fine), but we would like it to stretch across the whole front of the house (approx 6m as indicated in blue on the plans). Some simple garden edging, bark mulch and a few easy care plants is all that will be required. 2. We also would like to have the front lawn repaired, we do not need it completely ripped up, just made to look a bit nicer than it currently is.
