architectural pergola

I have deck , about 1 meter above ground. Deck is 3 x 7, Pergola should be 2.5 x 6 x 2.4 m high and built on a top of the deck. My house is attached to the deck. I want to use laminated lumber. Size of boards 240 x 42. I will have boards 400 apart going vertically, 7 on each side and roof built from same boards. Boards are held together by long stainless steel rods. I will purchase all materials and looking for labor only bids.
