Re-lawn - prep and ready lawn

Not happy with my lawn full of weeds, patchy grass and uneven surface, i sprayed it all to re-do it by spring, but personal situation changed and have no time to do it now. Looking for someone to: - remove old dead grass - core / aerate area - level terrain for good drainage (maybe adding topsoil) - re-seed or ready lawn (preferably as clock is ticking and hot weather around the corner) Area of work is about 50sqm Pls contact me if you need more info.
