The retaining wall at the rear of our property is causing the soil to move underneath a concrete pavement and there is now a gap between the house and pavement. The construction of the retaining wall has been built with the posts on the inside of the wall vs. on the outside like it should be, the posts are also too small and the wall has started to come out on an Angle. Something to keep in mind is we have an elevated property in behind ours which means this could effect their property. This job is fairly urgent as we would like to put the house on the market. Thanks
