We have built a new house in the middle of an approx 1 acre paddock. Some of the section is still original paddock grass/weeds, but mown, and around the house/driveway the topsoil removed from the house site has been roughly spread around. Need someone with the know-how and equipment to level it out, prepare and sow it, to make it into a lawn!
