Clear area + remove fence & old bricks

We need an area cleared back to topsoil (has been sprayed) and old bricks etc. removed from the property. This will require: - removal of old fence (basically falling apart other than 4x concrete fence posts) - removal of rotten picket fence - breaking up of 2x small concrete paths and 1x small concrete pad (approx 3-4sqm total) - removal of plants/greenwaste - removal of old bricks/stones/pipes Given the nature of the work, open to accepting hourly rates and paying dumping fees as extra
